Breakfast
- 1 c coffee with whole milk as creamer
- 2 slices leftover pizza from last night
- 1 small glass 2% milk
Lunch
- 6 oz coffee, 6 oz whole milk
- 10 pc mozzarella, 10 grape tomatoes
- 2 vegan summer rolls
- most of a chocolate brownie
- 1 pouch tuna mixed with 1.5 T mayo
- the above, spread onto 10 triscuits and sprinkled with cumin
