It's my birthday...

Breakfast
  • 1 c coffee with whole milk as creamer
  • 2 slices leftover pizza from last night
  • 1 small glass 2% milk
Notes: Feeling more than a small amount of dread at the thought of going to work. It's been bad for a while but I guess it all kind of gelled yesterday. Looked through craigslist with Amam and found a couple things to try out.

Lunch
  • 6 oz coffee, 6 oz whole milk
  • 10 pc mozzarella, 10 grape tomatoes
  • 2 vegan summer rolls
  • most of a chocolate brownie
Dinner
  • 1 pouch tuna mixed with 1.5 T mayo
  • the above, spread onto 10 triscuits and sprinkled with cumin
