- a couple strips of red pepper
- a handful of lettuce
- 2 slices ciabatta
- small whole latte with vanilla
- 4 c hot water with honey and ACV
- 2 eggs
- ~2 oz cheese
- 8 Saltines
- 1/2 avocado
