- 1/2 c lo mein
- 1 string cheese
- 1 c skim milk
- 7 almonds
- 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato on a croissant
- ~2-3 oz mozz and cheddar
- 7 grapes
- 3 crackers and 3 pita crisps
- I'm sure there was coffee in there somewhere
- 2 c lentil soup
- 3 oz cheese
